What is Linkrix?
Linkrix turns any long URL into a short, shareable link and an easy-to-scan QR code. Save links to projects, view your history, and download QR codes for printing or sharing.
How to create a short link or QR code
- Go to the home page.
- Paste your long URL into the “Enter your long URL” box.
- Pick a short link domain and choose what to generate: short URL, QR code, or both.
- (Optional) Pick a QR theme, custom slug, or save the link to a project.
- Click Create. Copy the short link or download the QR image.
Where do my links live?
All your generated links and QR codes are saved automatically. View them under History. You can group related links into a Project for easier organisation.
Frequently asked questions
Can I customise my short link?
Yes. When creating a link, open the “Custom name (slug)” field and pick a name 3–30 characters long using letters, numbers, _ or -. Each slug must be unique. Leave it blank to get a random short code.
How can I get my link by email?
Enter your email address in the “Email” field before clicking Create. We’ll send the short link (and QR image if generated) to that inbox.
What are the usage limits?
You can see your current plan and remaining quota in the Your usage panel on the home page. Free Pro trial users get unlimited short links and 100 QR codes per month.
Why is my QR code not scanning?
Make sure the printed or displayed QR has enough contrast and is large enough (at least ~2 cm wide for close scans). If you used a darker theme, try the “Classic” theme for the best compatibility.
